Why blippy.com isn't for me
So glad I didn't hook up my credit card to blippy.com. I was just going through last month's Visa statement and these were the first 5 purchases on my bill. Possibly subject to misinterpretation.

I love ancestry.com. Our families have been variously collecting bits and pieces of the family tree for years but now for the first time I'm able to unify everything (including Renee's family back to the 1600's) in one place. There's something very visceral about looking at the census page from 1910 and seeing your 1-year old grandfather's name. Love love ancestry.com.
But there are some.... let's say amusing UI quirks. The basic object of information is a "fact" (not surprisingly, facts are very fungible the further back you go) and facts are classified by normal life events. Tonight I was working on one section of our tree and was staring at this page trying to figure out what was wrong. Then I realized it was just about all wrong.
